oasis project terms of service

"materials" refers to oasis project voicebanks, audio data, images, and any other supplemental resources provided.

oasis project is a host for various creators and does not manage all of the voicebanks present. this tos serves as a general guideline and is only to be taken at face value for EVE and Kaiousei Yuraine. for other characters, please check for any specific terms.

prohibited acts

• use of materials for profit
• use of materials in a manner that is provocative or slanderous towards another person, group, company, etc
• use of materials in pornographic, unethical or illegal content; for a full list of allowed and disallowed content, see the section below.
• use of materials in a way that presents itself as being officially endorsed by oasis project
• using official image resources as icons on SNS
• under no circumstances may you use oasis project voicebanks for AI training (svc, rvc, diffsinger, etc)

permitted acts

• using official image resources in content using the voicebank (on youtube, soundcloud, x, etc)
• modification of the voicebank for private use (such as oto.ini edits)
• use of oasis project characters in any sort of fanart (abiding by the allowed and disallowed content)

redistribution

• redistribution of oasis project voicebanks and their resources is permitted so long as it's done privately.
• if you are responding to an inquiry about the voicebank, please link to the official distribution site before distributing it yourself.
• you may not upload oasis project voicebanks or character resources to public websites with the intent of redistribution.
• you may publicly redistribute modifications or additions to oasis project voicebanks (such as an alternate oto.ini or presamp.ini)
• if oasis project voicebanks are no longer being publicly distributed, you are free to redistribute it publicly unless stated otherwise.

specific content allowances

allowed content

• violence, inculding body horror or gore
• open-ended references to faith e.g. to a god
• suggestive content including nudity
• interpretation of oasis project characters including but not limited to disabilities, outfits & hairstyle, relationships, etc
• portrayal of oasis project characters with other characters as a romantic partner (so long as it's permitted by said character's terms & creator)

disallowed content

• ship content of EVE or Kaiousei Yuraine with male characters
• topics such as sexual assault, rape, etc, regardless of portrayal or purpose
• explicit pornographic content for the sake of being pornographic - artistic nudity & similar content is permitted so long as it is kept in 18+ spaces
• shota/lolicon, pedophilia, etc
• political content

• anything unlisted; although for most things, you can probably just use common sense :)
